The reason isn't volume. It's structure. Off-the-shelf AI competes in two shapes we don't ship. We compete in two shapes it doesn't.

Off-the-shelf is a rubric. Ours is a forensic worker.

Off-the-shelf CRO opens with "identify your page type and primary conversion goal." It asks you the questions. Ours crawls twelve pages, builds an inventory, and cites every finding to a specific line and screenshot. The difference between a checklist of best practices and "the third paragraph of your hero is undermining your primary CTA."

Off-the-shelf is documentation. Ours is a provisioner.

Off-the-shelf analytics advice is a how-to article. Ours hits the Tag Manager API, writes the Vercel env, injects the layout, redeploys, and verifies the events are firing end to end. The difference between "here's how you'd set it up" and "it's wired and pipeline events are landing in GA4."
