Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you use Pressfit.ai, including your name, email address, company name, and job title when you submit a contact form or book a strategy call. We also collect usage data through standard web analytics, including pages visited, time on site, and referring URLs. We do not collect sensitive personal data, payment card numbers on our site, or access your CRM or customer databases unless you explicitly grant access during an engagement. Unless you opt out, we may also identify business visitors through third-party services as described in the Website Visitor Identification section below, and we record the campaign parameters in the web address you arrived from -- such as UTM tags and advertising click identifiers -- in a first-party cookie, so that if you later submit a contact form we can attribute your inquiry to the campaign or advertisement that referred you. None of this identification or attribution is recorded for visitors who opt out or whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to respond to your inquiries, deliver our services, and improve Pressfit.ai. Specifically, we use contact information to schedule calls and communicate about engagements. We use analytics data to understand how visitors use our site so we can make it more useful, and we use business-visitor identification to follow up with organizations that may be a fit for our services. We do not use your data to train AI models. Your business data shared during an engagement is used solely to deliver the services you contracted. Some of the marketing tools described below may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws; you can opt out at any time as described in the Your Privacy Choices section.
Data Sharing
We do not rent or trade your personal information, and we never sell the contact details you submit to us directly through a form. We do share data with service providers who help us operate our business -- such as email platforms, analytics tools, and hosting providers -- but only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services, and they are contractually obligated to protect your data. Separately, the website visitor identification and advertising tools described in the Website Visitor Identification and Cookie Policy sections may share a pseudonymous identifier tied to your visit with their partners for cross-context behavioral advertising; under California and similar state laws this may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out of this at any time -- see Your Privacy Choices. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Pressfit, our clients, or others.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. This includes using encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure hosting infrastructure, and limiting internal access to client data on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we apply industry-standard practices to safeguard your data.
Your Privacy Choices
Analytics and marketing run by default, and you can opt out at any time. Use the cookie consent banner (managed by our consent platform, CookieYes) -- or reopen it from the privacy/consent button it provides -- to turn analytics or marketing off, or choose Reject all; your choice is saved by the consent platform so we do not ask again on every visit. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: if your browser or a browser extension sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. Opting out through either method stops the third-party visitor identification and advertising tools described below, including any sharing of a pseudonymous identifier with their partners. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (see Your Privacy Choices above). You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of sale/sharing (which we honor both through the consent banner and through the Global Privacy Control signal) and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; note that non-essential cookies and tracking on this site run on an opt-out basis, so if consent-based (opt-in) treatment is required in your jurisdiction, opt out using the banner above. Website Visitor Identification
Unless you opt out, we use third-party website visitor identification services (RB2B and Leadsy) to recognize business visitors to Pressfit.ai. These services may match your visit to professional contact information -- such as your name, business email address, company, and LinkedIn profile -- so our team can follow up about relevant B2B services. As part of this matching, these services may share a pseudonymous identifier with their advertising partners. This identification runs by default; it is gated to Google Consent Mode advertising storage, which our consent platform defaults to granted on an opt-out basis, and it stops immediately if you opt out through the cookie banner, choose Reject all, or send a Global Privacy Control signal -- in which case it is never applied to your visit. You may also contact us at contact@pressfit.ai to request that we delete any identification data we hold about you.
Cookie Policy
Pressfit.ai uses several categories of cookies and similar technologies, managed through the CookieYes consent platform. Strictly necessary cookies include the one our consent platform sets to remember your consent choice so we do not ask again on every visit. Analytics cookies are on by default and can be turned off; these are Google Analytics 4 cookies set through Google Tag Manager (_ga and _ga_<container-id>) used to measure pageviews and time on site, with retention configured in our analytics container, currently up to 13 months. Marketing cookies are also on by default and can be turned off; when active, they allow third-party visitor identification services (RB2B and Leadsy) to recognize business visitors, as described in the Website Visitor Identification section above, and advertising pixels (Meta/Facebook, Microsoft Advertising/Bing, Reddit Ads, Roku Ads, Vibe, and TikTok) to measure how well our advertising on those platforms performs and to attribute conversions. Unless you opt out, we also set a first-party attribution cookie (pf_attribution, 90 days) that stores the campaign parameters -- UTM tags and advertising click identifiers -- from the web address you arrived on, so that if you submit a contact form we can attribute the inquiry to the referring campaign or advertisement; it is not set for visitors who opt out. Microsoft Clarity may also record interactions (such as mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks) to produce aggregate heatmaps and session replays that help us improve the site; it runs with marketing active. We use Google Consent Mode v2 on an opt-out basis: analytics and advertising storage default to granted, and switch to denied the moment you opt out through the cookie banner, choose Reject all, or send a Global Privacy Control signal. Reopen the banner at any time from the privacy/consent button our consent platform provides to change your choice.
