The CTO Club has named Anthony Skinner, Pressfit's co-founder and CEO, one of its Top 26 Tech Executives to Follow in 2026. He shares the list with technology leaders from Fortune 50 companies, among them Mark Russinovich of Microsoft Azure, Werner Vogels of Amazon, and Prabhakar Raghavan of Google.

Who else is on the list
The CTO Club built the list around people who shape how technology gets built at scale, and most of the names lead engineering at some of the largest companies in the world:
- Mark Russinovich, CTO, Deputy CISO, and Technical Fellow at Microsoft Azure. He co-founded Winternals and created the Sysinternals tools.
- Werner Vogels, VP and CTO at Amazon. He was central to Amazon's approach to cloud computing after joining in 2004.
- Prabhakar Raghavan, Chief Technologist at Google. He works with Google's CEO and leadership team on the company's technology strategy.
Anthony is on the list alongside them, as the founder of a company built for the way AI is changing how businesses get found.
What The CTO Club wrote
The profile places Anthony in Seattle and lists his focus areas as AI, software platforms, cloud computing, advertising technology, and technology entrepreneurship. It describes him as a technology executive "whose career includes CTO leadership at iSpot.tv and Moz," and it describes Pressfit's work as AI applications, automation, and tools that help businesses adapt their software and marketing to an environment increasingly mediated by AI.

From CTO to founder
Before Pressfit, Anthony was CTO at two companies that sit right where search, advertising, and data meet:
- Moz, the SEO software company, whose products help businesses understand how search engines see them.
- iSpot.tv, the TV advertising measurement company, which ties ad spend to the outcomes it produces.
Pressfit started as the marketing work for BlueWave Cyber Defense, a family cybersecurity business. When other companies began asking for the same help, that work became Pressfit in April 2026.
Why it matters to our clients
Search is changing under every business we work with. Buyers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Google's AI Overviews for recommendations, and many of them never click through to a website. Getting found now means being named inside the answer, not just ranking on a results page.
That shift is the reason Pressfit exists, and it is the same problem Anthony has worked on for most of his career: how machines read, rank, and recommend businesses, and how to measure whether marketing really reached a buyer. In practice, it shows up in how we work:
- We measure before we spend. Every engagement starts with a competitive analysis of how you show up in Google and in AI answers today.
- We build for AI search from the first commit. Sites we ship use structured data and an architecture that engines can parse and cite. See our AI visibility work.
- We report what changed. Every week you see what we did, what we tested, and what it did to your numbers.
